We have a weed wacker but that doesn't really do the job. I just want a clean line between the driveway and the lawn.

It’s a lot more work than a weed-whacker, but you can cut a three-inch-deep groove along the edge of the driveway with an ice-breaker. It looks like a hoe blade, but it’s entirely vertical.
Then you can keep the grass trimmed with a special trimmer, which is a set of two-inch blades that rotate against each other, protruding all around from a rubber wheel about five inches across. You roll this trimmer along the edge of the driveway, and the blades fit down into the groove you’ve made. They cut the grass that grows over the driveway. These tools are also called “edgers”.
Some people go on to install a black vinyl barrier in the groove, but it’s fragile and will break if a car accidentally rolls over it.
Here you go… The “Roto” edger! It’s inexpensive, and a little more elbow grease is needed, however, it cuts a nice clean edge. It’s been around a long time and is somewhat of a dinosaur when it comes to edging the lawn but works well. Here is a link with a pic.. I have worked several types and have settled on a lower paying because as you get older some of us want less stress, more time off and the pay is not as important to us. When I was younger I was always reaching for the stars and worked 80 hrs a week to get the 100k/ yr job.

paper is water soluble so you'd need a waterproof binding agent, which would take an age to dry or some form of epoxy resin which would outweigh the cash saving of using paper in the first place. I'd give it up.

Sears tends to have pretty good sets of useful pieces, and lots of choices. You can get a socket set (SAE and Metric), a wrench set, etc… Also remember that Craftsman branded tools carry a lifetime exchange at the store. That's worth a lot to me. Better to put together the kit yourself, as you've suggested, than to buy a weird setup with tape and such.

Ok,anyways,back to your question. It'll probably take a few months to grow down to your eyebrows…You can't make hair grow faster.
For a couple hairstyles,all i can really say is gel. You can kind of spike your bangs(or what your currently have of bangs) up. But only your bangs.
Or you can kinda spike some of the hair at the back of your head fading the spikes as your reach the bottom of your neck hairline.
Don't spike all your hair though,to me,i think it seems like a guys using too much gel for,well, a guy.
